Return & Exchange Policy

DES hopes that its customers are completely satisfied with items they purchase from DES. However, if the customer is not satisfied for any reason, it may return the item(s) to DES in its original packaging (to include all pieces, instructions, etc.). The customer is responsible for the return shipping. DES strongly recommends that the customer use a trackable method when returning an item. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date.

To return an item, the customer will need to use DES’s Contact Us page to email DES to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving this unique number, the customer must place all of the items securely in their original packaging and include its proof of purchase, along with the RMA # and send it to DES, Attn: Returns, addressed as follows:

After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of the returned items, DES will process the return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of an item to process a return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the customer’s credit card statement, depending on the customer’s credit card company. DES will notify the customer by email when its return has been processed.
